Texas Tech University School of Law, under a "Project 2025" appointed Chancellor (Creighton/Cretin) and Board of Regents, punished a black student for exercising her free speech following the death of Charlie Charlie Kirky. I'm not in the School of Law, so they can't stop me when I exercise the same right, in a bolder manner than she did. But let's not pretend like it isn't also because I'm white.

Furthermore, who wants a law degree from people who won't defend freedom? Who wants to hire an attorney who self-censors their first amendment right to speak about politics during an authoritarian plot against the United States government?
